I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was just a quick weekend trip to take part of the Big Shell beach clean up on PINS. We usually stay at the El Constante. Room was very clean and inviting. We had a great time over spring break...the heated pool sure helped when the temperature dropped into the 50's. Condo was very nice and clean...just wish it had more window's or maybe skylights to brighten it up naturally. I did think all the additional fee's were over the top and I feel like all the pet fee's should be refundable deposits if nothing happened. My dogs do not shed and are supper clean...you wouldn't even know they were there. Just my thoughts. All in all it was a good trip. ##### Sonya B. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 6 and Padre Escape knewith that upon registering. When we arrived, the town home was only for 4 people. I had to sleep I the floor.
