The location is really great too, just minutes away from the beach. But the amenities were not so great. The pool ( peak season) was so cloudy and dirty ( hair tons of sand, band aids and many more ) that we were two grossed out to utilize. We tried it the next day hoping that it would have been cleaned but that wasnt the case. Unfortunately it is one big important factor to have a regularly cleaned pool especially during peak season. The location, condition and decor of the property were all great. The king bed was comfortable. Check in could not have been easier. We requested tea kettle and it was brought to the condo right away. The only downside was the lack of dishes and condition of the pots and pans in the unit. There were some things that need some improvement like: being more transparent with pet fees on the website. We didn't know that we have to pay a lot extra per pet on top of what we already paid, and we only found out after we already booked so that's another expense for a dog sitter that we didn't plan for. Also, on the second day, there was another family who was trying to get in the property while we were gone to the beach, when we still have until the next day to stay there. That was kinda weird telling them that the place is still occupied. Other than those things, the place is clean, it's very close to the beach and the pool is nice. My four year old got so fascinated with the Pac-Man game that's in the room and won't leave it. ##### Genevieve V. Great location just a block from the beach. Did not have cable service the days we visited in the living room which wasn't good. Also ice maker worked but you couldn't use indoor dispenser. Very comfortable n welcoming A winter vacation from the frozen north! We enjoyed ourselves immensely! The staff from Premier -Our contact person Lisa, our problem solver Jennifer and our housekeeping Jen were awesome! Fast response time to each and every question! Our townhouse was very comfortable and felt like home immediately! Ease of locations and distance to all needed supplies was great! Quiet and surrounded by friendly people from every state and Canadian province! Only problem was lack of much sunshine, too much fog and cool but who can tell Mother Nature what to do?
