Recently built in the coveted Fisherman's Cove area, you'll find plenty of parking for 4 vehicles. Pull into ample parking space, and you'll immediately be drawn to the backyard space! From the swing bar to the fire pit, outdoor living spaces, dining area, and hot tub - you will know you picked the right place! The pool and hot tub are private! (Pool heat is available for an additional fee). And you'll be able to catch some of the best sunsets on the island from the patio areas downstairs! The house was as advertised. A lot of room for the whole family and very clean. The only thing was the hot tub wasn't initially hot. It's a heat pump instead of a gas heater so it took a little while to get the hot tub warm, but other than that minor thing the stay there was perfect. Will for sure be coming back and staying there again. ##### Matt f. Location was wonderful. Outdoor patio was a hit. The mosquitos are pretty bad this time of year but we noticed they were not as bad at this particular location. The 5 nights we stayed in Port Aransas were great! The house was extremely nice and the outdoor area with pool and spa was a family favorite! Good location to take golf cart to beach or to downtown Port A for dinner. Would highly recommend for any families coming to vacation in Port Aransas! ##### Brent V. The swing bar, fire pit and outdoor pool are just one of many awesome features of this house. Then you go upstairs and see the super clean, fresh and awesomely decorated beach themed house.
