Everything went smoothly and we had a great time celebrating a milestone for my daughter. Considering they are dog friendly, there were no signs that dogs had even stayed in the unit. Very clean. Parking in the rear is a little tight, but overall great time. They even have a box of beach goodies that you can borrow for the day. I love this place, wonderful accommodations! I loved the patio areas and enclosed space for the dogs. Soft grass with no stickers and a huge area for them to run around in. The folks that run the place are very accommodating. We walked into a cool and clean unit. The furnishings are modern, comfortable, and cute. The bed and hot shower was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay in tarpon unit, a cozy one bedroom. Good and quiet cul-de-sac location. Our little dog liked the fenced in front yard. The kitchen was well equipped, we prepared a number of meals in the unit to avoid the long wait times in the local popular restaurants due to the memorial holiday weekend. Property was as advertised and very clean. Everything worked and didn't have any issues with accommodations. The only slight issue I would raise is the parking. There's no way full sized vehicles could all fit in the spaces provided.
