Summer time is here and always a favorite with our guest. We keep it a little old school here, but everyone has a great time.
Welcome to Sandy Feet Retreat, located on Eleventh St. in the heart of Port Aransas at the Sea Sands Condos and just a short walk to the beach. Sandy Feet Retreat is 1042 sqft., 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo, located in the Sea Sands Condominium complex. This is an end, second floor unit, #210, that enjoys it own private stairway entrance and views of the pool and grounds. Enjoy the beach and outdoor activities during the day then come back to Sandy Feet Retreat and lounge on the large shaded outdoor balcony.
Sandy Feet Retreat is a privately owned property that is our little getaway, when we are not sharing it with our new found friends. I assure you, if our calendar is open, we are there making sure everything is in working order or adding a little beach motif to our little retreat. We take pride in Sandy Feet Retreat to make sure your stay is as just enjoyable as we have we when we can squeak out a few days during the summertime. Our goal for our guest is to make sure you have a 5 star stay. If for any reason you do not think we have achieved that, please let us know immediately so we can correct it.
Sandy Feet Retreat provides the basic necessities you need to enjoy a great time in Port Aransas. You will find bed linens, bath towels, basic cooking utensils, coffee pot, blender and more.

*Tropical storm time. Yes, it is a part of life here, but we understand and know that some guest get a little nervous. The good thing is we are on the 2nd floor, so we just watch the cars and golf carts wash around. "IF" a storm does come to the coast our standard cancellation policy will be in effect unless there is a mandatory evacuation by the city of Port Aransas. If there is, you will be prorated on time stayed, minus cleaning fees.

Place worked great for us. Good communication with owner. This was our 2nd year staying here and would do a 3rd for sure. Unfortunately we had to evacuate due to hurricane, but owners were great and refunded us for nights we were not there. A+

Excellent!
Wonderful stay for our family of 6! Great community as well as other vacationers that we met along our stay. Precisely as described and appreciate the little extras; crockpot, great cooking pans, fans, beach towel hooks at the entrance, comfy beds, plenty of linens and the shower heads…my boys sure did love them. The balcony is serene and a wonderful spot to take in the sea air. The coast is a short walking distance, enough so that we were able to enjoy it morning, afternoon and evening. Will definitely be back!

This was a wonderful place to stay. There was plenty of room for 5 people to stay, with extra room to spare. The balcony has plenty of seating. The kitchen has all the basics. It truly felt like home every time we came back for the night.

Ladies get away
We so enjoyed staying at this condo! The patio is so inviting and relaxing. There is plenty of room and it was perfect for of us four friends. A short walk to the beach.

Great Stay
Great condo to stay in. We stayed in “off season” in September. It was quiet. Cozy. Really good communication with owner. I absolutely loved the many pillows and blankets provided. It was clean, close to beach access roads. Lots of restaurants near by. I think the only downside was there was no washer/dryer but our stay was short so we were okay. And also the ferry wait was an hour long. But that’s not the condos fault. More location related.
I would 100% recommend to stay here.
