The smell of the open air and salt life is just what you need for some Vitamin Sea. We'd like to invite you to stay awhile and enjoy Island Time! How about an escape from your busy schedule and take a trip to North Padre Island for some Island Time! This property is a ground-floor condo with access to the outdoor community pool, hiking trails, and the beach just right outside the front door. This property accommodates guests with a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, and beachy modern decor throughout. This complex offers a great outdoor heated pool with a shallow area for kiddos. Plenty of seating/lounging to enjoy and get a fresh tan! Whitecap Beach is less than a 1min walk. The complex provides a private trail to beach access. Bedroom 1: Offers a King bed with a comfortable mattress that will ensure a great nights rest after a long day in the sun. Relax in the bed and enjoy your downtime with a Smart TV. Pack N Play in closet (always in property). Bedroom 2: Offers a full bunk on bottom and twin on top with a twin pullout underneath to get the young ones tucked away for the night...or adults. Turn on that flat screen Smart TV to enjoy movies at night. Bathroom: A walk in bathroom that offers step-free access into the shower, plus a shower chair for guests with limited mobility. The Living Area: Offers a Sofa and a sitting chair. The sofa can turn into a queen bed and accommodate 2 guests. At the end of the day you may need some down time from all that fun, enjoy Netflix and multiple apps with some popcorn on the large wall mounted TV. This property sleeps 6 adults and 2 children comfortably. The Kitchen and Dining Area: Offers a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Dining table can seat 5 and the kitchen island can seat 2\. Outside: You will have a furnished patio with plenting of seating. There is a table in the patio to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, watch the sunrise, a sunset in the evening, read a book, or to enjoy a cold one while listening to the ocean waves. Very clean inside and all the linens (they have extras too!) smelled very fresh. The decor is absolutely adorable and the condo has everything (and more!) that you need. Lots of thoughful touches (board games, variety of kitchen appliances, coffee station, etc.), and having so many games and beach toys for the kids made them so very happy. We loved eating on the patio while watching the sun set and hearing the waves.Parking was close to the property, getting into the condo was fast and walking to the beach was super easy using the private path available, took less than 5 minutes. Beach was clean, not super crowded and perfect to walk around at night.Check out was easy with a small list of requests that were quickly accomplished. Walking distance to the beach was a huge plus and the kids really enjoyed spending time at the pool. There is a shower/rinse station by the pool, which was great to rinse the kids off and their equipment after the beach. The Condo was amazing and very tastefully decorated, with easy access to the Beach. My only concern was when reserving online through Vrbo I paid for the insurance that would cover damage up to $1,500, but when I signed the short term agreement I had to give my Credit Card information with a hold agreement to also cover any damages. Feeling like that was an unnecessary charge of $60 for the insurance if they were going to also put a hold on my credit card. Other than that issue I would definitely recommend staying. ##### Donald H.
