This waterfront town home is located on a large canal with two boat slips available. Enjoy beautiful water views and fish the underwater lights off the back deck at night. Condo is positioned to where you get the afternoon shade and there is always a constant and cool breeze. There is a boat launch right down the street from the condo. Condo is located two blocks from the beach, and near Schlitterbahn Waterpark. The Intracoastal Waterway a short 5 minute boat ride through the canal system. There is a fish cleaning station located next to boat slips. This 2 story condo features a kitchen, dining room open to living room, laundry room and half bath located downstairs. Kitchen has 2 full sets of dishes, cooking and eating utensils and serve/bakeware as well as coffee pot and dishwasher. There are 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms upstairs. The master bedroom with has a private bathroom and king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a twin bed, and daybed with trundle and access to hallway bathroom. Both bedrooms and living room have flat screen TV's with access to cable and wireless internet. Living room has view to outside where there is a large deck with lounge chairs, table and chairs, fishing pier with underwater green light and boat slip. Come and enjoy island time and relax on the large deck with your favorite drink overlooking water/canal. NOTE: Garage access is not included in the rental. We do have a storage box located on the back deck. Plenty of room for everyone. The place is clean and neat and has everything you need. 2 1/2 bathrooms meant access was easy for showering after a long day on the water. Nice deck, gas BBQ, table and chairs overlooking the water. Was able to fish a bit but only caught a few perch. Unit is newly renovated and pretty clean but the windows are fogged / weathered to the point of being nearly opaque. There are no screens on any of the windows or patio door so when it was nice outside and we left the patio door open, we got flies & fruit flies inside. Well appointed but there was quite a bit of stuff that was likely leftover from previous guests. Some was appreciated (like honey, sugar, & coffee filters) but others not so much. There were used toothbrushes and toothpaste in one of the medicine cabinets. One thing to point out is that there was virtually no storage for things we brought. We had brought a lot of stuff since we had 4 people, planned to cook often and fish. The garage was locked as was what seemed to be a closet downstairs. We had to leave some stuff in the car, some on the back patio (it rained), and the rest like empty coolers, boxes/ bags we'd used to carry stuff from home piled in the front entry at the base of the stairs. ##### Douglas G. We stayed here during spring break and it could not have been more perfect. This condo was very clean and very comfortable. All the beds were comfortable and great linens throughout. Everything that you could possibly need during your stay was provided. This condo does have a boat slip that is really convenient. It was comfortable and cool and in a great location. There is a grocery store right around the corner and white cap beach was only a few minutes away. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and there were sound machines in both rooms which we used. Was everything we expected and more! We chose this rental due to the layout. We have 3 teens/young adults and having the 3 separate beds in 2nd bedroom was very convenient not to mention having 2.5 bathrooms. Spacious with plenty of room to unpack and feel like you’re living out of a suitcase. Abundant kitchen appliances, dishes, and utensils. The patio/balcony area was perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. We took advantage of the propane grill and made a delicious meal. The ambiance was everything and more I’d hoped it would’ve been. The canal was so peaceful and calm. Just chilled out with the sea gulls and cranes while watching the fishing jump. Comfortable beds, fans in each room, and the full size washer and dryer was a plus. Was able to communicate with owner very easily for a few questions we had and she was super pleasant!
