No loud music, parties, events or disruptive behavior. • You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. • Pets are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee for a maximum of 2 pets. $100 for (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days). Rental was spacious, has everything you need, and in a great location. The only downside is that there is no pool which doesn’t reduce my rating because you know that when renting. However, many similar rentals do have access to a pool so keep that in mind. It was super easy to find, easy to get to the beach and a fully fenced in backyard for the pups! The house was spacious for all six of us. We took the corn hole board with us to the beach and there were other items we could have borrowed. Being able to use the garage was wonderful so we could let our chairs dry out and to keep our coolers out of the house. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were spacious and well stocked!
