Good-enough location; we walked over to Peyton’s and rented a golf cart for zipping around which made the location just fine for us. The spacious covered deck is nice for dinner or drinks and watching the birds in the pond. REALLY appreciated the reasonable cleanup requirements; so many owners/managers ask you to do 50% of the turnover crew’s work, but not Starkey/Portoro (at this location, anyway). ##### Josh P.
