Welcome to Blue Crush, your sun-soaked home base in Port Aransas! This two-story stilt home spans over 2,300 square feet and is perfectly designed for groups of up to 12. Located on a corner lot just one block from the city pool, skate park, dog park, and nature preserve, this home boasts a perfect location for enjoying all that Port A has to offer.

Step inside to discover bright, professionally decorated interiors and two full levels of living space. On the main floor, the chef’s kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prep and serve meals for a crowd—plus a large pantry, both a drip and K-cup coffee maker, and a dining table that comfortably seats 10 with extra bar seating for four more. The adjoining living area opens up to a breezy balcony overlooking the ship channel, creating the perfect perch for coffee or cocktails with a view. Downstairs, a spacious covered patio features a picnic and grill area, string lights, and room to gather throughout the day and into the evening.

The main level also features a king bedroom and a standout bunk room with two full-over-full built-in bunk beds, gaming setup, and direct balcony access—ideal for younger guests who’ll want to claim it as their own. - Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- South By Sunkissed: Please note that pool heating is not available at this time.
- Blue Crush: The sauna is currently out of order.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
