Sea Gull Condo 710L k is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath on the seventh floor with two separate balconies. The spacious kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage. Appliances include: a Nespresso brand espresso maker, Cuisinart coffee maker, Toaster, and an automatic can opener.
The large master bedroom with a king bed and private patio faces the Gulf of Mexico.

The guest bedroom has a King sized bed, and an air mattress with a bay view balcony.

The spacious living/dining area has a beautiful view of the Gulf, plenty of seating with tile flooring and large tv's throughout.

This unit rents as a 2 bedroom during the winter months beginning December through February.
