1206 is located in the center of the building on the top floor and portrays a breathtaking experience by capturing the picture-perfect view of the beach. This renovated beach front unit contains 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and has high ceilings throughout giving each room an open and spacious feeling for any vacation getaway.  
While relaxing on the balcony, the awesome views of the gulf and beach through the wall of windows provides serenity and peace of mind with its spacious living areas and calming architecture you experience everywhere you turn. The 1206 unit is located on the highest floor providing an undisturbed ambiance as well as a panoramic view of the entire beach. The stunning sunrises are perfectly captured and portrayed with floor to ceiling windows that allow natural light to stream into all common living spaces. The center location of the unit provides a spacious patio, direct views of the entire beach, as well as easy access to the elevator. The position of this unit allows the sunrise to be viewed from the patio, kitchen, master bedroom, and living room promoting a perfect start to each morning.  
The large kitchen has aqua backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, large Corian countertops, excess storage space and opens directly to the living area. The living area has high ceilings, an entertainment center, a 55-inch 4K ULED Smart TV with an uncluttered feeling which is enhanced by a large mirrored wall. The combo living-dining area offers great ocean views, access to a private balcony and plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy a meal on the 60" glass table with six chairs and unwind from the day's adventure. The large private master bedroom overlooks the ocean with access to the balcony and has a plush king size bed, a 47-inch Smart TV, his and her closets along with an updated master bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second Bedroom has a queen bed with a 42-inch smart TV and the third bedroom has two twin trundle beds along with a 45-inch smart tv.  
All bathrooms are appointed with Corina counter tops and custom wood cabinets. Both full baths have walk-in showers and the ½ bath is conveniently located to the kitchen and other living spaces.  
The building has easy access to the beach via a private boardwalk and the Sandpiper offers so many options for everyone including a 24-hour staff at the front desk, shuffleboard and pool table, multiple lounge areas, two tennis courts, a basketball goal, bird-watching areas, easy access to the beach, a huge swimming pool with 2 hot tubs, grilling areas with both gas and Webber charcoal grills, all with close proximity to shopping, restaurants, golf and more. For those who enjoy surf fishing, the Sandpipers beach is excellent in the 2nd and 3rd sandbars. In addition, the Sandpiper is conveniently located across from Wilson's Cut where you can launch a boat or kayak for a day of fishing. Sandpiper offers daily rental of beach canopies during peak season (lounge chairs are free) which they will set up and take down for you each day so all you need to worry about is taking it easy and having fun.
