Not everyone is familiar with ROKU TV, and relationship to Spectrum live TV app. Also, why not give renters access to washer/dryer locked in closet? Clothes washing/drying is essential in a hot humid beach environment, and dragging stuff to coin operated units and monitoring the cycles is a pain. Pay attention though to the mirrors in the pictures. It makes the room look larger. We had 4 adults and 2 children. Two bedroom unit. Plenty big enough. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Being a coffee drinker, I'd ask they get coffee mugs and not just the tiny tea cups. You bring all you food and drinks, including tea or coffee. View was amazing.
