We had ten people stay, five adults and five kids. The bedrooms were nice size and everyone had a place to sleep. The interior design was good, nautical in nature. The dinning table only has enough chairs and space for six. We had some of the younger kids eat in the living room. There are not enough plates, bowls or cups for ten. The door lock our first night did not properly work the batteries died and we had to be let in by the property manager and had to wait outside in the heat for 45 minutes. After that first night we were only able to lock the door for one night during our stay the other nights our door code would not work or it would not lock at all. So we were unable to lock the door when we would leave. Upon our arrival there was sand in the beds and not enough towels (3). This was remedied by the property manager after our first day. However, we also found roaches in the unit. The cookware and dishes were dirty. There was gum on the wall by the stairs. Trash stuffed in the couches. The patio door upstairs would not latch properly. The closet doors were not attached properly. The sink in the first floor bathroom would not drain. The ice maker did not work. The coffee maker did not work. We were disappointed as this is not our first time staying at these condos. As a property manager myself I would never allow my guests to stay in this condition. ##### Mary G.
