Only problem noted was that the GFCI on the wall with the stove kept tripping every time you tried to use the coffee pot had to move coffee maker to a different plug on a different wall. We were a family of 5 with a toddler so the location was perfect and fun for our grandson to play. The disappointing factor was the size of parking and how my husband's truck was vandalized while we were there (broken mirror on driver side) which we believe happened by the tenants next door parking. The parking was tight, particularly for full-size vehicles therefore the assumption is they got angry that the mirror was in their "parking area" which we were parked within the lines as assigned.
