PET POLICY \- Our total pet fee is $240, which includes a $120 accommodation fee per stay and a $120 refundable deposit, which will be returned after your stay as long as there’s no damage beyond normal wear and tear. \- We allow one pet per reservation, but if you’d like to bring more, feel free to reach out to discuss before booking. If you wish to bring more, please reach out to us prior to booking. \- All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking to avoid a $300 fee per pet. \- For your pet’s safety and comfort, please do not leave pets unattended inside the home. \- We kindly ask that you clean up after your pets and refrain from allowing them on furniture or beds to help make cleaning easier after checkout. - Please avoid letting your pets use the mini golf grass in the backyard as a potty area, thanks so much for your understanding! It was spacious for 6 adults, had a fully stocked kitchen, and the outdoor space was nice during the day. The host was kind, easy to work with, and very accommodating. Unfortunately we found large roaches inside the home during our stay. Most were dead but a few were alive and running. The outdoor area became uninhabitable after the sun went down due to the large roaches that flew at you. Take away the roaches and it would have been 5 stars all around. ##### Alyssa V.
