SLEEPING QUARTERS: This home sleeps 10, and each bedroom offers en-suite bathrooms and 50” TVs, plus king-size beds and custom linens in every room except the cozy bunkroom with twin over full bunks. The gorgeous, 2nd-floor primary suite beckons as a serene retreat, with a large soaking tub and oversize, glassed-in shower in the sumptuous, tile-backed bathroom and a plush, king-size bed. Seaside Sojourn is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Seaside Sojourn the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed.
