My son-in-law woke up in the a.m. with water dripping on his face from a leak in the ceiling. Management responded promptly and sent someone out to check it but it wasn't fixed during their stay. I would suggest that the owners provide more than one towel per person and a little more in the way of laundry soap and cleaning products.
