This home overlooks the community pool, picnic area, lounge chairs, and grills. The living room is perfect for gathering on the large sectional, loveseat and chair while watching your favorite movie on the wall mounted TV. There is a half bath in the hallway for your convenience. Prepare dinner in the full kitchen furnished with basic dishes, pots, pans, utensils and both regular coffee maker and a Keurig. Dine at the large table with seating for eight. Off of the kitchen is the master bedroom (BR1) with a Queen bed, sleeper sofa, reading area and wall mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom provides a vanity and tile shower. At the top of the landing, sits another master bedroom (BR2) with a queen size bed, luggage rack, nightstands, chest and wall mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom provides a vanity and tub/shower. The guest bedroom (BR3) has a queen bed, nightstands, closet and wall mounted TV. The bunk bedroom (BR4) has a twin over full bunkbed and wall mounted TV. These two rooms share a hall bath with vanity and tub/shower. The laundry room for your use is on the second levels. We lived the large kitchen table for meals and board games and the kids lived the pool in the evening. The included pool noodles and floats were a nice touch. Mattresses were a bit thin and firm but to have space for a family event was well worth that! We loved how many bathrooms there were, the big kitchen table, and the downstairs living room area. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed- from past experiences with beach rentals I brought sponges, dish soap, coffee filters, etc, but we ended up not needing any of those things- it was very well equipped. The little neighborhood of cottages this house is in is very quiet and peaceful. I also really liked that there seemed to be a MILLION outlets all over the property. I wish there were more pots and pans that weren’t nonstick since most of them were nonstick with scratches. The other thing was that the only measuring cup I was able to find was like a beaker and only had mL and oz. It worked out, I just had to do conversions on my phone, but if you need to do more than that, bring your own measuring cups. Google said that we were about a 13 minute walk to the beach- we didn’t try it since we had a ton of beach equipment. It was only a 3 minute drive and the property is VERY close to the beach access road which was amazing. Overall, if I have another big group of people, I would stay here again. ##### Darcy J. The long white coffee table in the LR and big square table behind the door in the MBR seemed awkwardly placed. There is parking for 3 small or mid sized vehicles, but our 3 didn’t fit. Thankfully no one complained about us parking one at the far end of the pool. Also the location of the Domino’s dumpster (which you have no control over) adds very noisy early morning trash pick ups and the numerous cockroach and possum visits. ##### Gina W. I found this intrusive and unprofessional - I’m not a minor and this was far, very far, from this being, my 1st property I’ve stayed at - they had me worried, from booking, until we left the property, which was suppose to be a relaxing weekend!!! Property manager was quick and attentive. Checking in and out was a breeze … having a smart tv in the living room / bed room was clutch due to a rainy day spent inside. Incredibly short drive to the beach. This home had everything that we needed. From the pictures/description, i expected good things. The home did not disappoint. 10/10 recommend. ##### Chris M. The community is very nice, clean and close to the beach. The only issues we had, if you want to call them that, were beds. One bed had sand in the sheets, wasn’t very comfortable and another bed had some kind of black dust or something on the backside of the pillows. There is a washer and dryer so we cleaned them and that was that. There isn’t a personal bbq grill for the house. So if you want to bbq you have to use one of the grills in the pool area. No issue since it is right in front of the house. Other than that we enjoyed our time there. ##### Cody G. Séjour de 3 nuits en mai 2021 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Griselda S., San Antonio Texas 1 mai 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Beautiful property but not good management Everything was good tillI I forgot my travel bag full of clothes at the property ,the sad thing is that I didn’t find out about it right away,that was because at the time of the check out we put all the suitcases on my daughter’s car so I always think that she have my travel bag in her car ,till I saw her a week later,so There’s when I call the property asking for my bag and they told me that the housekeeping staff didn’t return anything,of course I knew that I left my bag there,so I have to keep calling for a week or more to try to get an answer about my bag,after almost two weeks later they said the housekeeping manager returned my bag,of course I was missing some clothes and my reading glasses but I just decide not to call again,I had enough trying to find out what happened with my bag. I have to say the property was beautiful and I don’t know who’s fault was it,but you expect that if you forget something they are going to be honest and just return it and put it in the lost and found. ##### Griselda S. Got only two hours of beach time after checking in so never come in April again. It was a special time for this Nanna to spend time with Daughters and Granddaughters after staying in for close to a year with Covid pandemic and dreaming about the beach!!! Guess I will start saving again to try in fall. Of course we had fun being together...that was special. Thank you for everything and I know who ever rent from you will be as pleased as we were!! It's close to everything including the beach. My only concern would be that I was being texted by to different cell phone numbers from Life in Paradise. One was saying your room will be ready early than planned and the other said it wouldn't be ready until 4 pm. Turns out our room wasn't ready until almost 4:30\.
