The pool was beautiful access to everything was so close. We drove our golf carts the entire time there. It was a very comfortable and peaceful place to stay. Ice maker didn't work, broken shower door upstairs. Over all though these were all small inconveniences. The house is beautiful and the house was very clean. ##### Markus M. It’s super cute and you can tell a lot of work has been poured in to the property. Cons: odd smell - like moth balls and cigarette; washing machine had musty smell; downstairs king shower drain slow to drain; pool dirty (pool people came for biweekly clean and did not vacuum or skim the pool at all); did not read the photo details in the listing and did not realize detached apartment only had an outdoor shower. Pros: great layout for multiple families to each have our own space; kids loved their own bunk room; beautiful updates and decor; location was so close to the beach and restaurants but definitely in the older part of town; we enjoyed having a private pool (this is a must for us!!); the ring game is a nice touch on the patio; and communication with the owners was very much appreciated. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. The yard is secure for pets. The house is well appointed with furniture, kitchenware, etc. The location is convenient to the beach, jetty/pier, and town. We had our four children there with grandchildren so we used all the rooms. The guest house was an added bonus as some stayed there. We enjoyed the pool and close proximity to the beach. The management was very prompt is meeting any needs we had. The workers that came to the house to check on the pool were very helpful and friendly. I wish we could afford this place in the summer but we had some warm days that were wonderful and the pool that can be heated was a treat. The house is fairly new, well built and the downstairs had No Mold! That is something we had to deal with in other rentals. The kitchen was super well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. ( I only missed my salad spinner) I hope we can come back there in the future. Thank you to the owners and management!! ##### karen s.
