The weather really wouldn’t have allowed for us to use the pier anyway so it wasn’t an issue. The house had all the necessities plus some regarding supplies for cleaning and kitchen utensils. I would recommend leaving instructions regarding trash day and where to put the trash can as the driveway is very long. He enjoys fishing so what better place than rock port. We brough the kida and our uncle whom also enjoys fishing. They caught alot of fish between them all. The place was perfect for us all lots of space. We had a great family dinner together and enjoyed some of the fish they caught for breakfast.
