Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Steps to the beach and with dazzling Gulf views, this remodeled 3BR/3BA Port Aransas house is a coastal gem. Relax between a private balcony and a lush communal area with a pool, and drive minutes to golf and coastal trails. The main entry opens to a common area with access to a garage and laundry area. Stairs lead up to a second-floor living space with an open design that lets you socialize, eat, and cook as a group. Hang out in the living room and watch favorite shows on a flat-screen TV. There’s plenty of seating between a love seat and two couches -- one of which folds out into a queen-size bed. There’s also a queen-size bed in the third bedroom, conveniently located just off the living area. On your private balcony, a patio table seating four overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. From here, make your way down to the shared pool area for an afternoon dip, or take the boardwalk and stroll steps to the beach. Indoors, a dining table between the living area and kitchen offers extra seating. The kitchen itself is large and well-stocked, featuring top-of-the-line appliances (including an electric stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave) and plenty of pots, pans, and dishes to make cooking a cinch. Recently remodeled, a bathroom is also situated just off this space. The remaining bedrooms are located upstairs. On the right, a comfortable primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed, cushioned chair, a TV, and access to a brand-new deck. In the mornings, enjoy a relaxing soak in a large en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Next door, the guest bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and an alcove desk area. Getting ready for the day is hassle-free with a shared bathroom nearby offering a walk-in shower. Pack your swimsuit! You’re just steps away from the sand and the rolling surf along this sun-drenched stretch of coast. Located in the gated, Gulf-front community of Lost Colony with its shared pool and boardwalk to the beach -- this is your ideal vacation location. Head to Mustang State Park (a 2-minute drive) or hit the fairways at Palmilla Beach Golf Club (a 7-minute drive). Beware of fire ants mounds all around the property. Dishwasher doesn’t clean, fridge temp was warm and took a while to cool off. No bedsheets given for the pull out sofa bed, I would recommend bringing a mattress cover. The shower on main floor does not drain well. AC vents very dusty and not screwed in properly. Let’s start on Tuesday 5days before my trip where I contacted the host to inform them about the hurricane in the gulf and how it may affect the trip, never heard back from anyone until Thursday, and that is because I messaged them again. When I spoke to the representative on the phone I was assured my rental was still good and I am to continue my trip as planned with no remorse regarding the safety of my family. I was told I DO NOT get a refund. Come Saturday my destination issued a manadatory evacuation in which I did reach out to hosts AGAIN, and was told the same thing that I am to continue my trip as planned even though I’m telling the representative about the evacuation. I was told that an email or text will go out if something changes. Sunday morning (da of the trip) I reach out again and wait for a response waited hours with no response so I drove to my destination. When I showed up the house was complete disaster!!! Was not cleaned, all bedding was in balls on floor, there was sand throughout the entire rental, dirty dishes in sink, no toilet paper, no paper towels, no clean bedding or clean towels. They didn’t do anything to prep for my family’s visit. I reached out to the host via text and someone apologized for the non cleaning and said someone should contact me right away. Well the next day comes and it’s late afternoon and no one has reached out, no one has come by the property, so I message again. Please contact me ASAP ##### Lee B. Gulf views from both balconies and steps to the boardwalk which was a quick walk to the beach. House was not very clean & has several repairs needed. Loved the location but service with management needs to be addressed. Several things need to be repaired, check in list is needed so new tenants don’t get charged for things that are broken prior to their arrival. Bathroom got locked from inside we called management company & no one ever showed up. Luckily we finally found the key on a shelf going up the stairwell. ##### georgia k. The beach was not overly crowded and most were families staying in the neighborhood. The only downside was the power tripped on the side where the microwave was. I sent a message on vrbo and a nice young lady called me and said she would alert the local maintenance to call or come by, I never was contacted so we didn't have a microwave the whole weekend. Things happen but it would have been nice for prompt service and the ability to warm food up. I would still highly recommend this location for a family weekend away. ##### Erin W.
