3 bedroom & 2 bath house in a quiet neighborhood.
3 blocks from the BEACH!! 1 mile from downtown Port Aransas!
This house is stocked with all the amenities inside and out! Sleeps 10.
NEW HOUSE with all new furniture and bedding, Stainless steel appliances, memory foam mattresses, 65" 4k/ultra hd flat screen, High speed (10mb) I net, Large BBQ area downstairs, lots of parking under and in front of house.
An open floor plan allows for the kitchen/dining and living room to offer great entertaining for large groups.
Beachcomber restaurant is 3 blocks from the house through a beautiful neighborhood. Kodys restaurant is 1 block away and has amazing burgers and shrimp! Beachcomber is a great place to go for a drink or an early morning breakfast while watching the waves.
The neighborhood pool can be seen from the house and is 200ft away.

Overall our stay was great. House was nice and clean. Loved the ceiling fan in the MB. Kids loved the downstair area with sand pit and all the outdoor games. Under the sea br was cute. Kurig and microwave worked great, thats all we used. It had all the essentials, but we took our own. First time getting a VRBO, it was a good experience.

Great stay in Port A

This property was perfect for our family. It is in a great location, is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and has a great outdoor space. The community pool was clean and not overly crowded during our stay. We had a few questions upon arrival, and Mike responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home

This house is in a great location and was absolutely perfect for our group's needs. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook and the downstairs patio has lots of games for entertainment. The whole property was very clean.

Great place to stay within minutes from the beach. House is kept clean and up-to-date with fun ocean themed decor. Owner has outdoor games under the home, and a variety of games in the home. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and were extremely clean. Communication and checkin with owner was very easy. Beds were a little hard, water pressure in the showers was lower than expected, and the dryer took a while to dry clothes, but otherwise I would completely stay here again.

Great home!

The house was great! My kids loved the bunk room with the lights and the fish. All of the games downstairs were great and having a fenced in yard was wonderful since we brought our dogs. Mike was very easy to communicate with. We will be back!

May 2025 Trip

This property has become our spot to stay when we come to Port A for our yearly family trip. Mike is great at communicating if you have any issues or questions. Having the pool across the street is convenient. We really enjoy staying here especially with it being pet friendly. Can't wait for our next stay here!

Great Place-Hits all the right notes!

This property is in a good location and is in good shape. The kitchen has all of the cooking accessory you would want. The outside “play area” is a fun extra feature. Importantly, the owner is easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would 100% try to stay here again next time we come to Port A.

“A MILLION stars!”

We had a great time staying at SeaEsta. There was more than enough space for my family to have somewhere to go for privacy and/or quiet time, it was super clean, and the location was great. Mike was super responsive to any texts/questions and was very helpful and friendly. My 7-year-old gave the house a million stars. The rest of us use the more traditional 5-star scale and we all agreed it’s worthy of all the stars. We will definitely check availability for our next trip!

1st stay at the SeaEsta

Our family vacation at the SeaEsta was enjoyable and comfortable. Our stay was shortened by Alberto though, however, this beach house offers all the amenities you need. The kitchen is fully equipped,in the evening and morning, we enjoyed the seabreeze sitting on the upper balcony, and the downstairs has various games for all to enjoy. Our furbabies enjoyed the fenced area downstairs also. Ample parking for 4 vehicles( including 2 trucks). We are planning to return in October to continue our family vacation we missed out on.

Great House!! We had a little rocky start but overall it was super clean, well stocked, very comfortable, the downstairs area has everything you can think of for a fun family gathering. Location was perfect too!!

Fabulous!

This property was everything we could have hoped for! It was spacious, clean, and is in a convenient location. The outdoor area had it all from fun games, bbq equipment, and space. The owner was extremely easy to contact and friendly. We will definitely be visiting again!

Fantastic Stay

We had a fantastic stay here. We loved the outdoor area with games (ladder ball, corn hole, sand toys for the kids) and the area was fenced so it was great for our dog. The house had everything we needed. There was shampoo and lots of towels in the bathrooms and the kitchen had pretty much everything you'd need. The kids loved the underwater decor in their room. Neighbors were friendly and the house is in a great area. It is pretty much a 3-4 minute drive from the house to restaurants, grocery store, and the beach. There is a community pool which looked really nice, but it was too cold for us to swim this trip. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend to anyone especially families with kids/dog.

Family Christmas is Port A

Every year, our family of 10 gets together to celebrate the holidays. We always look for a space for older kids, teens and adults. This house was perfect for that! We had plenty of games to play and plenty of space. The house was clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed it.

Perfect Family Place for Getaway

We enjoyed our time at this place! Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The downstairs was awesome with all the games for family of all ages and a relaxing chairs just to hang out and read. Best part about our stay is the place has an enclosed fence for your fur babies. This was the first time we took our dogs on a vacation and it could not have been a better place for us when traveling with a dog.

Ambiance!

This property stood out from all the others in the area. Mike the owner is super accommodating. Great quality beds. Good shower pressure. Fully stocked and then some. This stay made for a wonderful end to my summer.
