This coastal retreat is just minutes away from downtown Rockport where shopping, food, fishing, and beach fun is waiting to be had. With local attractions just blocks away, there is no shortage of things to do close to this impressive home-away-from-home!
Explore everything that Rockport has to offer from this adorable 3-bedroom (one bedroom is a flex space), 2-bathroom cottage. Bring your boats, golf carts, and anything else you need to park, because this home has plenty of room for it all in the large yard!
Located on a half acre lot, this home is set up perfectly for all your outdoor living needs. The private backyard offers a covered veranda with a bar and sink, plenty of seating space, a large TV, BBQ grill, and lighting to give you the perfect setting to enjoy the coastal weather and lush greenery. Included in the back yard is a separate game room that boasts games for adults and children alike.
Inside you’ll find beach cottage charm! The master bedroom has 1 king bed, nightstands with built-in USB charging ports (USB cords not included), and en suite bathroom with dual sink vanity and walk-in shower. The oversized secondary bedroom has 2 beds; 1 Queen bed and 1 full bed with bedside tables. The back bedroom, staged as a secondary living room w/TV, has a sleeper sofa that opens to a full size bed. This flexible room has a game table with the ability to open and use both sides for card games or just one side to use as a desk. Back bedroom/livingroom access is through the secondary bedroom and also has a private entrance to the patio and backyard.
The kitchen has everything you’ll need for cooking and dining at home, plus plenty of paper/plastic products to enjoy beverages and dining out on the veranda.

Fantastic yard for my pup...and a doggy door! The yard was amazing! Couch could have been a bit more comfy and taller toilets for older, tall people would be nice. Beds great!

The host was very welcoming. The house was awesome . It met all of our needs and more. We loved the outdoor patio area. Very relaxing and peaceful. Definitely making your home a place to return to for years to come. I have 7 sister’s plus myself. It’s great that we could have our SISTER WEEKEND there . The only drawback was the dishwasher was leaking so we used our towels to put on the floor so we didn’t slip and fall because it was very slippery. We did contact the property management and said the owners would be in to take care of it. Also have a bigger broom in the house to help with mishaps and 2 stand up fans to help with circulation Other than those 2 things the house was great.

We had a wonderful time. This is the 4th time staying at the property. I wish the furniture in the living and dining area were not so short, but that's our preference. A little harder to get out of when you have leg and back problems. However we already knew the furniture situation and we weren't there just sit sit on the furniture. We enjoy the property very much. The backyard is great. We will be back.

Warning! False information

We were highly disappointed in our stay here. And warning for any group that is looking for an actual three bedroom rental… This is not it!! we picked this place because we had three adult couples and two children vacationing. It was listed as a three bedroom with one having a king, one a queen, and then one room with two full-size beds. To our dismay when we arrived, there was a king size master suite, a room with two full-size beds and then ATTACHED to that room Was an opening up to a small common room with a pullout couch in it. There was lattice doors but did not close nor give privacy….. The couch was tiny and the pullout bed was even worse. This is what they considered the Third bedroom. Very uncomfortable situation given what we paid for and was advertised and forced 2 married couples to share a room with each a full size bed and put the kids on the couch. I absolutely understand that this would be in suitable if they have advertised it as a common room with a pullout couch. However, we were specifically looking for three private bedrooms to suit our needs. Other than that, the tub did not drain and held water, the microwave did not work at all, and there were two roaches dead on the floor as we arrived.

Fathers Day beach trip

Great trip! Extremely accurate representation of the property based of photos, clean, close to the beach and restaurants. Great backyard area… HUGE yard, well landscaped, and great for entertaining. All of the appliances (washer/dryer especially) were newer and worked great. Great trip!

Fantastic Weekend in Rockport

Where to start! The residence was immaculate, nicely furnished and decorated. One of the most WELL equipped kitchen at any STR I have ever stayed in. Quiet neighborhood, great landscaping and the back yard is the icing on the cake. Perfect for family gatherings. Conveniently located to Old Town Rockport and Rockport beach.

Spring break getaway

The property was lovely and met all our needs. I did aptly misunderstand the listing, and thought there would be 3 bedrooms with beds, when there was 2 rooms with beds, and one with a pull out sofa. It still met our needs, so no worries. House was clean and comfy, with plenty of amenities to make or stay welcoming.

Thanks for Sharing your Beautiful home. It’s Decorated so cute. The backyard was amazing , Toby Keith my Puppy felt at home with some much room to run & play & the Squirrels kept him on the Run. Home is in a quiet neighbor hood. This home was Full Stocked ❤️. Only thing that would make it better if it was on Bay or ocean front.
