It truly sounded like they were bowling upstairs last night! Never mind the old uncomfy couch and old confusing shower faucet those were minor issues in comparison! I knew there was a problem when the first words from the desk clerk at check-in was "unfortunately your room hasn't been checked." We had to wait outside the room.
