BED & BATH

Set beneath vaulted ceilings, the primary suite is appointed with a king bed, TV, and private balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in shower, soaking tub, and separate water closet.

The second and third suites each have a queen bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination.

The fourth suite has a pair of twin-over-twin bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a walk-in closet, while the guest bathroom holds a walk-in shower. A half bath adds convenience.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES

Take a dip in your luxe private pool (5’ deep and unheated), then rinse off at the outdoor shower. The covered lounge area includes a bar, TV, and ample seating.

This home has four total balconies, one of which offers a gas grill and alfresco dining.

Palmilla amenities include two elegant resort-style pools (heated and open year-round) -- rent a private cabana to experience ultimate poolside luxury.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
