Bright and inviting, the 2,341-square-foot floor plan features a gourmet kitchen, a luxe all-suite layout, and a convenient private garage. As part of the stunning Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community, enjoy sun-soaked days at the groomed beach, renowned restaurants, and beautifully redesigned nine-hole golf course. LIVING AREA Natural light fills the inviting living area, detailed with a Smart TV, SONOS sound system, and two comfortable cloud sofas. KITCHEN & DINING Indulge your inner chef in the gourmet kitchen, configured with ample quartz counter space, gas cooking, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Serve appetizers at the kitchen bar for four, then enjoy a home-cooked meal at the live-edge wood dining table for six. BED & BATH This three-story rental accommodates eight guests between three suites and a queen sleeper sofa in the top-level bunk room. Sleep soundly in the roomy primary suite, appointed with a king-sized Casper mattress, a Smart TV, SONOS speaker, and a private covered balcony. The en-suite bathroom with a partial ocean view has a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate water closet. The second suite includes a king-sized Casper mattress and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Occupying the entire top floor, the expansive bunk room features a fun living area with a Ping-Pong table, a Smart TV, SONOS speaker, an Xbox One and wired with an ethernet port for your own gaming system. Sleeping space includes four extra-large twin-sized Casper mattresses the bunk beds and a queen-sized sofa sleeper, while the en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a separate double vanity. A half bath on the main living level provides added convenience. AMENITIES Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. THINGS TO KNOW There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Perfect location on the golf course (can see 2 holes)… comfy couches and super clean. I will say with an agency, it will be tougher getting an early check in as they send someone for inspection much later than the cleaners leave - unless maybe there is no one staying there the night before. Don’t count on an early check in which is a nicer feature with privately run vacation rentals. This beach house was ideal for a family travelling with small children. The house itself was immaculate but the layout was a godsend. The third floor had a large L-shaped couch, plus a day bed, and a queen sidzed bed. There was also a large TV and bathroom. This meant the third floor could be dedicated to the kids and left the adults a place to relax when they had gone to bed. The decor was new and tastfully chosen. The beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the garage parking for two cars and washing machine and dryer. We were a 2 minute walk from the pool which was ideal as we couldn't hear the noise of the pool but it was close enough that you could there very easily. We also were very close to firepit where we were able to enjoy S'mores. This was the perfect beach house with all the amenities needed for a great family vacation. A few friends and I went to El Soñador for a birthday weekend and it was absolutely lovely! Andrea was very communicative and helpful when needed. This place had everything and a killer view from both the front and back of the unit. The art was tasteful and beautiful, and the furniture was comfortable and luxurious. I especially enjoyed the master suite bed frame and the huge driftwood "chain" piece on the dining table - so cool. Palmilla Beach is an awesome little community, the pool is only steps away and the beach is just a few more steps away! We especially enjoyed going out on the golf course at sunset. It was very clean and my family had plenty of space. Very comfortable. On night of big thunderstorm, the circuit breaker popped for front door lights and laundry room lights. Everything at the resort was 5 stars: pool, restaurants, bars, boardwalk to the beach, beach chairs and umbrella as well as service. We forgot steak seasoning and our server at Black Marlin was very kind and sent us home with some. This house is close to the pool and just a walk or golf cart ride to the boardwalk. The golf course did not disappoint. There is construction still happening in this neighborhood but the sites were clean and we barely noticed. The kids loved watching the construction workers. The house is very nice. Plenty of room for all of us 5 adults and 4 children. The 3rd floor open area was perfect for grandkid sleeping. Bring your own baby gates. You can easily keep everyone on second floor which is the main floor with two gates. We had a crawler and definitely needed them. There are no hot-pads in the kitchen and only a couple of towels. Since we had 4 children under 6 we cooked most meals at the house and needed hot-pads and towels. The washer and dryer were great, we only brought home clean clothes which was awesome. Renting a golf cart is recommended. House was pretty clean but our crawler did get dirty knees and feet crawling. We had to clean the floor for him. No mop to be found in the house, only a broom. Everything was in working order and the gas grill was a definite plus for cooking outside. We highly recommend this house and resort. ##### Tammy M.
