There is also a coffee pot, a microwave and min fridge for your convenience but no kitchen. The complex amenities include a heated swimming pool, community charcoal grills, community game room, a playground, and a private boardwalk to the beach. Pets are not permitted in this unit and smoking is allowed outside only. Per HOA: Before traveling to Port Aransas/Beachhead Condos, please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below. Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience: Beachhead Condos allows parking for 2 vehicles maximum. Golf carts do count as vehicles. The pool and boardwalk were lovely. However, I would not recommend staying in an "efficiency," which offers no real amenities. It's basically a bed in a storeroom, with windows. No view. No kitchen, just a fridge and a microwave. No table. The only storage is a chest of drawers, and there are a few plates, cups and knives. It was close to restaurants and activities in Port Aransas, and corpus. The only downside was that the TV and Internet were not working with the password provided and the bed was a little smaller than we originally thought.
