There is ample parking for 4 vehicles or a watercraft and golf cart. Enjoy sipping your morning cup of coffee in the island breeze of the front balcony or just cooling off from a day of fishing. Walk inside to the open area floorplan for all guests to gather. The living room has two futons, which fold out to sleepers, and two accent chairs, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is stocked with basic pots, pans, and utensils for your cooking needs. The dining table has seating for 4\. Bedroom 1 (BR1) has a Queen-sized bed, nightstand, accent chair, chest for your beach attire, and a TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower. The place itself was very cute - being up and stilts made you feel like you were in the sky! It would be fantastic for a small family with a couple kids, with the whimsical fish pillows and wall hangings. We liked them too, but found the place a tad uncomfortable for our somewhat elderly tastes. We would have liked softer furniture and beds, but that may be a matter of personal taste. A couple other nitpicks - the requirement to upload documents was a little annoying, and we just stopped by the office instead. Also, there was a slow drain, but they fixed it right away.
