Get ready to immerse yourself in coastal luxury at our shiny new townhome, where every corner is designed for ultimate relaxation and fun. We just finished building Villa Mango Cay, Unit 201 in February 2024, and let me tell you, it's all about the good life. We're nestled right on Avenue G, a five minute walk to the beach and the lively downtown of Port Aransas. And guess what? We've got a pool right across the driveway, practically begging you to take a dip whenever you please. Just a hop, skip, and a jump from your front door! Step inside, and you'll find yourself in a cozy haven decked out with West Elm flair. It's the kind of place that makes you feel like you've stepped into a magazine spread. With three king beds, a twin with a trundle, a queen-size pull-out couch, and even a couple of blow-up mattresses, there's plenty of room for up to 12 of your favorite people. And don't worry, we've splurged on top-notch mattresses to make sure everyone sleeps like a dream. The dining room table is a real showstopper, seating eight and offering up some killer views. And when it's time to unwind, the living room's got you covered with a massive 65-inch TV, plus 50-inch and 40-inch ones in every bedroom. Need to sneak in some work between beach trips? We've got desks in the bedrooms for just that. Oh, and if you're feeling fancy, we even have an elevator option for easy access to every floor for an additional $50 per night. Furry friends are welcome here too! As long as they're under 30 pounds, they can join in on the fun. - This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. The pet fee is an additional $20.00+tax, per night. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days. The rooftop deck, complete with comfy, glider, barstool chairs and killer views of the ocean and downtown is the perfect spot to kick back and soak in the coastal vibes. \- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25\.
