Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Come to Saltwater Serenity! Built in 2016, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 2,467 sqft home. This coastal home on the water is great for sunsets, tans, private HEATED pool anytime of the year, fishing in the back yard, hanging out under the pergola, enjoying the fire pit with a glass of wine, grilling some bbq, indoor/outdoor entertainment and more! The beach is down the street, a 5 min cruise in a golf cart! Come on out and enjoy the Coastal Bliss! This home provides a private entrance. You will enter into an open spacious floor plan to bring the whole family together with lots of room for fun. It is fully furnished and provides multiple beds to sleep 11 comfortably. It has a fenced in backyard to enjoy and hangout by the private HEATED pool. Bedroom 1: Offers a King bed with a comfortable mattress so you can relax and have a great nights rest. Multiport chargers are on each side of the night stands so you can easily charge your electronics. The room has a walk in closet and a dresser for extra space. An attached walk in high pressure shower bathroom that provides a hair dryer, bathing towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A flat screen smart TV is mounted on the wall and you are more than welcome to sign into any apps that are available. This bedroom has an attached balcony with outdoor comfortable furniture to enjoy your coffee, a book, a cold one, sunsets, or even sunrises. Bedroom 2: Offers a King bed with a comfortable mattress that will also grant you a great nights rest. A big couch to relax and enjoy a movie night with a flat screen smart TV. This area also has an attached balcony with outdoor comfortable furniture to enjoy your coffee, a book, a cold one, sunsets, or even sunrises. The Living Room: Open spacious floor plan for everyone to enjoy. A smart flat screen TV and an electronic fire place to use on those cold nights. Board games, puzzles and books provided for entertainment of all ages. The Kitchen and Dining Area: Offers a fabulous-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table can seat a total of 8 with the extra chairs available and the bar can seat 3\. Morning coffee will be a drip coffee pot. The Laundry Room: Offers a full size washer and dryer, free to use in the unit. Outside: You will have a fabulous furnished patio with lots of entertaining space. 2 loungers, a round dining table that seats 6, 6 chairs to relax and take in the island air. A gas fire pit and a HEATED pool anytime during your stay. Down by the bulkhead on the canal you can dock your boat anytime during your stay as well as enjoy night time fishing with the green light! What is provided: \*All Kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, oil, dish soap and dishwasher pods) \*Bathroom essentials (hand soap, hand towels, washcloths, face towels, body towels, 3 extra rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer) \*Laundry essentials (detergent pods, dryer sheets, oxi clean, stain remover spray) \*Cleaning supplies (multipurpose spray, broom/dust pan, vacuum, mop) \*Please DO NOT USE the bath towels as pool or beach towels! Otherwise you wont have anything to dry off with when you shower! Pool/beach towels are provided during your stay! Location: This Home has great parking out in the front. The garage is unavailable during your stay. There is parking for 4 in the drive way where you can also park a boat or trailer on the rocks. Street parking is also available. We please ask to not park next door or block the neighbor that is beside you. You are more than welcome to use the boat ramp down the street, however please do not leave your trailer/vehicle in the parking lot. Parking at the boat ramp is for residentials only. Pool: This property has a hangout pool, 24/7, all year round. The heater can be used anytime during your stay. Go to take a load off and relax. There is plenty of seating/lounging to enjoy and get a nice tan! Pool toys are provided in the pool bin. Please remember to rinse off all toys if you take them to the beach with the water hose provided when you return them! There is an outside shower to rinse off before heading back inside! Grills: A BBQ gas grill with cooking essentials provided. Golf Carts: We provide a discount code for Golf Cart Rentals after you book with us! Please follow up in the rental guide link we send you. Fishing: You can fish off by the bulkhead, down the street at the beach or you can also book a fishing trip, just ask us for details and we can send you the link!
