Fenced yard is secure for pets to roam. Nice fire ring in the backyard--be sure to bring firewood. Adequate parking, including your boat, within the fenced yard. Perfectly located just down the road from the beach and little shops in town, which is not over crowded! The fenced in yard is great if you have kids staying with you like we did or if you have pets. Beautiful home with a sun room that was perfect for lounging and chatting with the family, there were outside games provide which were the cherry on top to ending a day at the beach. We definitely made memories that we can smile about for a lifetime!
