A Little Bit Of Heaven MIBC115 offers all the amenities for a vacation getaway! Situated in a lovely locations with a boardwalk to beach, fish cleaning station, heated community pool and hot tub. This two bedroom condo is located on the 2nd floor, with no elevator access. It has stylish and flaring décor. When you enter the living area you are welcomed with a flat screen TV where you can watch your favorite shows. This spacious area has a sleeper sofa and twin chair sleeper with plenty of room for entertaining. From the living room you are greeted by the dining area, breakfast bar and kitchen. There is enough seating for six with three more at the breakfast bar. During the day to soak up some sun or later enjoy the evening to witness the amazing color display splashed across the southern sky as the sun slip below the horizon on the spacious patio. Parking for 2 maximum. Sorry, golf carts are not allowed. Boats and trailers are NOT allowed. This is a smoke free property. Short walk to the beach via boardwalk. There are also a few places to park your car at the entry of the boardwalk. The property is very dated as well as the unit we stayed in. It was somewhat clean, however there was an issue with roaches/waterbugs. I reported it to the management company and they promptly sent out pest control to spray. I had inquired about a pest problem after reading reviews before booking. They informed me it was on a monthly pest control schedule, so I booked it. We also had a clogged master sink that was promptly taken care of. Management was very helpful and nice considering our situation. We inquired about an additional day if no more bugs were seen. Everything was good so we stayed an additional day. Needless to say, after confirming our additional night we saw more live bugs the night before we left. There seems to be a big problem with these at this property. We stayed at other property with no issues. I would also advise to wash any dishes before being used because of this. It’s also by the highway which made for loud noise while sleeping . ##### Wanda J. A reasonable walk to the beach. Had a relaxing time and the to-do list upon checkout was reasonable. Prop management was available via text and quite responsive. Things I wish I had known: \* Living room TV has a ROKU that is already logged into Netflix (among a small list of others), but the device is protected by a PIN number, so if you want to connect to a channel they don't have on their ROKU, your only option is to bring your own ROKU. \* There are BBQ pits on property, but they are the kind you find at city parks and would require a good bit of prep and cleaning to use. \* Only one medium trash bag is provided, which we went through in a day. Make sure you bring extra. \* There are ants that come into the living room and swarm the couch and loveseat by the window, especially after it rains. There are large visible ant nests at the foot of the stairs in the sand. I would suggest bringing raid ant baits with you. ##### John D. This unit was very clean and well equipped. Our only complaint was there wasn’t any salt and pepper in the condo, so we ran down to the grocery store. Just go drive to another public beach nearby. There’s a bee hive near one of the stairs but I’m sure it will be taken cared off.
