It's on one of the main accesses to Port Aransas Beach; it's great for "people watching" and sunset views off that amazing balcony deck! As much as you will love being on the deck from sunrise to sunset, this spacious and updated interior is unforgettable! Pulling into Moxy's Beach House, you will know you've picked the right one immediately. Awaiting you on the upstairs floor/main floor as the bottom is the entry door and entryway only, is a large chef's kitchen which is well stocked with everything you need to prep, cook, serve, and dine for 12! The kitchen is open to an AMAZING living space and a beautiful dining area. A room full of windows is what we call the living space at Moxy's Beach House - 2 sofas, 2 sitting chairs, a table 4 chairs (for card playing, games, etc.), a large TV, and views to that amazing balcony deck! It will be a hard decision to hang out in this stunning, coastal living room space, or enjoy the outdoors on that amazing deck! The indoor dining space and bar stools are perfect for treating your family and friends to a beautifully coastal decorated dinner area, or move it to the deck for outdoor dining! Down the hall is a half bath for guests, a large washer & dryer room, and 2 master suites with king beds and private ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Both rooms offer closets and dressers for clothes storage. Make your way to the top floor and you will find 2 more large bedrooms which share 1 large bathroom with a walk-in shower. One of these bedrooms is the coolest of cool, fun kids room (adults will love it too) with 2 twin beds, 2 full-size beds, reading lamps, a foosball table, and a large TV. It really helped, pool was great, the string of lights on the upstairs balcony would’ve been great, but they kept shorting, and it was affecting the Lights in the upstairs bedrooms so we gave up, everything was really great. The only thing is that you really need to look at your water pressure because for a house is this size we were really disappointed with that because for women who have thick hair you will spend a lot of time in the shower.. this was even when just one person was showering.. overall it was a great experience ##### Norma L G. The bedroom layout was perfect, everyone had the space they needed. The Kitchen was large and seating was perfect. However, I did want to tell you that the kitchen was not supplied with Pots & Pans to feed a large family of 10\. The Pots were too small and so was the crockpot. There was not a tea pitcher big enough to fix tea for all of us. It's just minor things but we were having to juggle the two small cooking pans to make it work. Rarely have I been this happy about the level of cleanliness in a rental or hotel. Beautifully decorated. We went sharking, crabbing, collected seashells and played in the water. The home is very large and had all the bells and whistles needed to make this the perfect beach getaway! The house is just a short 3-5 min walk to the beach (or at least that is how fast it felt- even the kids didn't complain!) and just minutes by car to all the restaurants and stores of Port A. In addition to the beach, the teens enjoyed the foosball table and the super high speed internet, the younger ones liked the games that were provided and all of the movie channels, and the adults loved sitting out and relaxing on the huge deck. It was a memorable vacation for all of us and highly recommend to anyone considering a stay in Port A. ##### Alexander F. The kids had their own space and the adults had privacy! The beach was a little bit of a walk but not bad at all. The only thing is the house is on a lively street; the public beach entrance is at the end of the road where we had to enter as well. The house was sparkly clean and we appreciated all the house had to offer! Highly recommend. ##### Denice B. There wasn’t much this home didn’t provide (we needed salt/pepper and, understandably, if was not provided); plenty of towels, beds in great condition, plenty of room for our family of seven, we cooked many meals in the kitchen and had more than we needed. Washer, dryer, and outdoor shower were used daily and all worked great. This was the perfect setting for us to relax and rewind over Christmas. Decor is so tasteful and one of the reasons we picked this property; many homes we looked at were so gaudy. I can’t thank the owners enough for all the support they provided before/after our trip and the beautiful home they opened up to us. ##### J I.
