In our open, airy space, tall windows and light blues and greens blend to create an inviting coastal retreat. Balconies provide birds-eye views of the ocean and beautifully landscaped resort neighborhood! The living area, with its cool blues and distressed wood floors, has two focal areas. The first is the bar, completely set up for all your beverages, and has a wine cooler. The second is the huge flat-screen TV. Couches, chairs and barstools provide conversational seating for 17\. Extras include a Spectrum select cable package with 155+ channels, including Disney+, VIX Premium, Paramount +, Max, Peacock Premium, AMC+. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is also provided, as is a telephone landline for local and long-distance calls in the U.S. and Canada. The homes televisions use ROKU and Spectrum. The maintenance crew was excellent. They showed up to assist with 15 minutes. One thing that was confusing was that we were told that we had 3 reserved parking spots, however, it turned out to one only as the owner's golf cart occupied the second available spot. The resort the townhome was in located in did not have a trash receptacle available. When we called customer service they told us we could use the one located by the restaurant, which was on the opposite side of the resort from where we were located. We had to make multiple trips to empty our trash. We were disappointed that we could not take our own drinks down to the pools. We had to purchase from the bars they had located at each pool. While we enjoyed our time together at the facility, I don't think we will come back. There needs to be a lot more information about what is to be expected so there are no surprises ##### Steven G. Location was excellent, but the house had multiple issues we have not experienced before. The dishwasher was broken, the water pressure was low throughout the house, the stove had 2 burners which would not light. We called the number given us and a local person came out but could not fix the problems. He said we would get a call from an appliance expert but no call came. After multiple calls to the 800 number we were told to expect a call but none came. Finally on our last evening the operations manager Chad and an appliance expert came around 5PM but could not fix any issues and of course we were checking out the next morning. Chad did mention that I should expect a partial refund, but I have not heard anything yet. The other issue is not with the home but the Palmilla Pool. We have always enjoyed this large kid friendly pool with cabanas but this time the pool was filthy with large amount of styrofoam particles, floating hair, and large amount of dirt on the bottom. It was not cleaned during our entire stay. I know that Vacasa does not manage the pool but it does reflect on the experience. We did enjoy the beach and had an otherwise great time except for the above issues which for the price we were paying I would not expect in a luxury property. ##### Doug S.
