Relax or entertain in the second-floor main living area or in the spacious covered porches with great outdoor seating, welcoming families, friends, or a large group! An elevator to the second and third floors makes it even easier to come and go! AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. MAIN LIVING: The second floor living space boasts golden accents that highlight this home’s relaxing name—Golden Daze! Sink into the extra large upholstered sectional or arm chairs that bring everyone together in the Family Room, while the well-designed chef’s kitchen has everything the cook in the group might need—even plenty of space for wine in the wet bar with ice maker and wine fridge. A catwalk above the kitchen leads from the third-floor sitting area with wet bar and coffee area leads to the third-floor deck, which has great Gulf views from a table and chairs and rockers. A first-floor den off a bunk room makes a great secondary spot for loud game time for the sports fans. SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, a charming bunk room sleeps four with ensuite bathroom with double headed shower and double vanities. Two queen bedrooms on either side of the hall, both with private baths, have access to the back deck overlooking the natural dunes of Cinnamon Shore. The full fenced backyard keeps nature at bay. A sumptuous navy-and-white king suite on the second floor boasts a bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub overlooking the natural dune, and a spacious walk-in shower. Also a private back balcony with cozy lounge chairs. On the third floor, two queen rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath with a large walk-in shower and a covered back balcony overlooking Cinnamon Shore's natural dune with peeks of Dune pool . The third-floor sitting area has an additional twin bed with twin trundle underneath to accommodate more guests. EXTRAS: Two laundry rooms on the first and third floor make it easy to keep up with beach fun during your stay. On the first floor, a powder room and mudroom add convenience. Enjoy peek-a-boo Gulf views through other charming beach homes from the main balcony, which has a gas grill for cookouts and outdoor dining. A second floor powder room make entertaining convenient. A fully fenced in back yard make playtime and yard games a cozy family affairs. With a fenced and paved outdoor shower walkway that goes through to the back yard, there is no space or convenience wasted for guests to experience a full and fun family vacation or holiday trip. \*\*\*NO PETS ALLOWED\*\*\* IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND EVICTED. This is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day/night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
