In Honor of Summer is a light-filled, elegantly coastal retreat crafted for extended families and large groups to relax, reconnect, and savor life by the beach. With two expansive living areas and a third-floor bunk room that sleeps 10, there’s plenty of space for both togetherness and privacy. Just steps from the sports courts and a short stroll to the dune crossover, this thoughtfully designed home blends upscale style with easygoing comfort. Whether you’re gathering on the oversized porch or enjoying slow mornings beneath the 25-foot vaulted ceilings, In Honor of Summer offers a breezy, beautiful setting to create lasting memories.  
  
AMENITIES:  
At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions and playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.  
  
MAIN LIVING SPACE:  
This home features two spacious living rooms, offering flexibility and comfort for groups of all sizes. The main level’s vaulted, beamed ceiling creates an airy, open feel, while the oversized sectional, accent chairs, and queen sleeper sofa provide plenty of seating for relaxing or gathering. The kitchen is a dream for entertaining, featuring premium appliances, a butler’s pantry, two dishwashers, and an extra-long island, with seating for 15 between the island and dining table. Off the main living space, porch access and AirPlay-controlled exterior speakers set the scene for lively afternoons or tranquil evenings outdoors.  
  
SLEEPING QUARTERS:  
With five bedrooms, each offering a private ensuite. Four of the bedrooms include king beds, and one offers a queen bed, all styled with luxury bedding and thoughtful details. The third-floor bunk room is perfect for kids, featuring 10 twin beds (including two trundles), bean bags, and space for play and downtime. Two bedrooms offer porch or balcony access—the primary suite with a private balcony and the first-floor pink bedroom with access to a shared porch. Multiple laundry rooms add convenience during longer stays.
