Located in the La Playa neighborhood of Port Aransas, one of the closest neighborhoods to the beach, with a private boardwalk. Never miss out on a conversation while gathering in this expansive living room/dining/kitchen setting with grand ceilings. Watch your favorite movies on the TV with cable and Wi-Fi from the plush sectional couch, which converts to a sleeper or a chair. The full kitchen is complete with tile countertops, updated white appliances, a regular coffee maker, and a Keurig, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils for preparing family meals. Dine at the table with seating for eight. There is additional seating for two at the bar. Curl up and read a book in the quiet sitting area off the living room, or utilize the desk for distance learning and checking in on work from home. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a Queen bed, a closet, and a chest for your beach attire. The hall bath is appointed with a vanity and a corner shower with a glass door. The master bedroom (BR2) is equipped with a King bed, TV, and closet. The ensuite bathroom provides a vanity and tub/shower. The upstairs area is perfect for kids (BR3), furnished with 2 Twin beds, 1 Full Bed, a TV, a chest, a closet, and plenty of floor space to play. The ensuite bathroom features a vanity and a shower. Sip your morning coffee on the back, L-shaped deck, and take in the Gulf view and breeze. After a day of fishing, cook up your catch on the charcoal grill below. The beach is a short walk via the private neighborhood boardwalk over the dunes. Pack your bag, load up the family, and play where lasting memories are made. Things to know: WIFI- We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding. Private Heated Pool. Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied. $50 charge per day for pool heat, and must remain on for the duration of stay. Beach Towels not provided. My husband and I have rented a lot of places in a number of locations over the years and this was one of the cleanest and best equipped places we've rented. It had everything we needed to cook and far more than the usual starter supplies of necessary items. Loved having coffee in the morning on the deck while watching and listening to the waves and the birds. Location was great for beach access and restaurants. Very appreciative that it's a dog friendly property. The dogs liked it too! The owner is putting in a small pool which will make a nice place even nicer. We'll definitely be back! ##### Karen S. Check in was super easy and accommodating to check in remotely, which I appreciated a lot. The space was clean and didn't feel crowded. The neighborhood was nice and the beach access just a couple of mins away was the best. Would definitely recommend and return to this property for future family vacations. ##### Paulina A. The beach access is an easy walk and the upper deck has a great view and nice furniture for those not wanting to venture out as much. The house was roomy and comfortable for all our family meals and for relaxing inside when it rained. Everything was in good working order except for a couple outside light bulbs which we reported to the management company. The beds were comfortable and plenty of sheets, blankets and pillows were provided. The heat worked great. We really enjoyed our stay. ##### Debbie M. It has everything you might need for a fabulous time. We didn't really cook much, but the kitchen seems set up for anything you might want to bring. The deck was lovely and there is a partial view of the beach. Listening to the sound of the waves while watching the sunset was wonderful. We had our teenager and one of her friends with us and they enjoyed the privacy of the top floor bedroom. It was perfect for them! We had trouble getting the TV to work, but didn't care that much since we could stream on our computers. The beds were comfortable, as well. The access to the beach was the best part, though. The walkway makes it quick and easy to get there and the area is busy, but fairly quiet. The neighborhood is our favorite in Port A because it isn't party central. We would definitely stay here again and are looking forward to it! ##### Jody H. One suggestion that owners stay on housekeeping to sweep up Dirt and hair particles by corners and was very dusty. Also, don't leave food on counters for manyants and spiders? Clear communication for arrival and departure, nice amenities (shampoo and conditioner! plenty of towels! coffee filters!), great house. Loved the living area--so many areas to sit in, and a pretty big kitchen as well. The location was awesome--we LOVED being able to walk to the beach, instead of having to drive. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. Nice pit to BBQ. Games and puzzles/Beach toys were left for the guest to use. Only complaint, y’all need to spray for ants, some new furniture (dining room chairs were wobbly) and a partial cover on the deck for a little shade on those very sunny/rainy days. The weather was not the perfect but we really enjoy spending time in the house playing with the kids, so many board games, puzzles and more. The only inconvenience we have is Netflix has no audio if you use spectrum tv so we switch Netflix to vizio tv. It was a great weekend! ##### Rocio C.
