Marijuana is an illegal drug in the state of Texas. There will be a $250 fine if the unit is found to have the smell of smoked marijuana smoke. Mark was extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with during our stay. There was a bad storm right before we came in with power outages and he kept us updated and was helpful getting everything reset at the house in the aftermath. The nest had something going on with it and we were having issues with the air doing auto adjustments. Mark got everything fixed without being upset that I had to call a few times. The layout of the property was perfect for our trip with a bunch of teenagers and everyone had a great time with the hot tub and fishing dock. Thank you for a great stay and we really appreciated your help and being so easy to get in touch with! It really makes a huge difference if something does pop up!
