City of Port Aransas - Beach Parking Permit Information:  
To park along the beaches in the City of Port Aransas, a $12.00 permit is required. This applies to the area from Marker (0) to Marker (62). Beach parking stickers can be purchased at City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce, local grocery and convenience stores, as well as various vendors and businesses in town and on the beach. Free parking areas are available between the Jetties and Horace Caldwell Pier, as well as between Markers 52-58\.   
  
Please note: The property is accessible by golf cart, but golf cart travel is only permitted on the beach. Due to Port Aransas regulations, golf carts cannot access the bay side of Highway 361\. Traveling between the property and town by golf cart along the beach typically takes about 20 minutes.

#### Wonderful beach house

Our group of 5 adults recently stayed at the Island Breeze for 4 days. The house was beautifully decorated, comfortable and very clean. There was plenty of room to relax and a large, open kitchen where we cooked meals most nights. We loved being able to sit on one of the decks and enjoy the breeze or walk to the beach over the nearby boardwalk. We had a wonderful time and definitely will be back!

Clean, comfortable, great location. Would recommend renting a golf cart to get around, although not essential. Short walk to boardwalk leading to the beach.

#### A very enjoyable stay

I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. It’s a short walk to the beach and Port Aransas is just a five to ten minute drive depending on traffic. We had a wonderful stay.

Great house in a great location. The beds were comfortable and the area was very quiet. There were a lot of notes all over the house with a lot of pretty aggressive undertones, like towels getting messed up costs 70 dollars. So ple ase watch out for all the tar on the beaches.

Big, well appointed beach house an easy 5 min stroll to the beach (we did not need a golf cart, although many neighbors did). The house was very clean and it had everything we needed. We would definitely consider staying in this same property again next time we are in Port A.

Great stay again! Clean and great location. Has pretty much everything you need, a Keurig coffee make would be great since I’m the only one who drinks coffee (there is a standard coffee maker though). Hot tub down the street was nice but not hot enough for February. But we will definitely stay here again!

#### Ruined by Bugs

House is nice and roomy and well-appointed, which is what we paid a hefty price for. The house, unfortunately, has a roach issue that seriously needs to be addressed. When all food has to be placed in bags and stored in the fridge, and when you have to check your linens for critters, that's a problem. Short walk to beach was pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet. Easy driving to Corpus and neighboring beaches.

#### Good spot for family, walking distance to the beach

The property was nice and clean, but a bit ill-equipped. I understand that there's a limited expectation for consumables, but not having anything to even wipe down counters with is a real shame. I'd expect minimal cleaning products available at such a price.

House was nice needs little maintenance. Lights out , fans don’t change speed and Jacuzzi tub does not work. Other than that it is a nice place.

Not right on the beach, but just a short walk to the boardwalk to beach. We enjoyed the pools in this community as well. Plenty of room and the house was clean.

#### Our first trip to Port A

Overall had a nice family vacation. Had all the amenities, but property does need to be updated. Biggest problem was we couldn't connect to WiFi and the dryer didn't work. Would have liked to be closer to the beach AND think you should let people know that a golf cart needs to be reserved far in advance. Add that info to your information sheet.

We like to cook and the kitchen was well stocked. The layout took some getting used to, with the front door, kitchen and living space on the second floor and exterior access to the ground level in the back through the master bedroom, but overall it was a nice house. Good view from the crow's nest. Would have enjoyed a larger grill.
