Now for the best night's sleep you've had in ages. The "Blue Room" features a super comfy Queen Gel top memory foam mattress. Across the hall is the "King Room" which has a comfy King sized PUFFY brand mattress. This room also has a desk and chair for a work space and access to the bathroom. The Daybed room offers 2 twin beds. The bed has a twin mattress on top and a twin trundle that pulls out underneath. It comfortably sleeps 2 adults or 4 small children. If you have a little one, there is a baby monitor, pack n play, high chair, and playpen in the closet for you to use if needed. All rooms have a 43" smart tv with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ ready to watch. The bathroom has two separate toilet & sink areas. One can be accessed from the hallway and the other from the "King Room". In the middle of both is a shower and tub ready for you to take a nice relaxing bath or hot shower. The dual shower head has multiple settings and the smaller one comes down for the kiddos to use. Complimentary Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body wash provided. When you book with us you don't get just another rental agency trying to fill spots, you get a host who knows every detail of the property and is very knowledgeable about Rockport and the surrounding area! The backyard with Hot Tub and covered Patio makes for a great stay. Each room with a Roku makes it easy to watch anything you want. Beds are comfy and their are plenty of pillows and blankets to accomodate. The complimentary breakfast items in the kitchen and bathroom items are a plus. We even used the large stock pot provided in the outside laundry room for a shrimp and crab boil. The wagon in the laundry room was very handy as well. This was my first time using VRBO and my experience with her would make me use it again. She not only answered all 500,000 questions I asked, she did so quickly and was super nice. House had all the things you could think of, and even the little things you might not. Kitchen was stocked, bathroom had everything from towels to q-tips, my son loved the hammock, the beach items available were a hit with my toddlers, the dog kennel and dog bowls allowed us to pack just a few less things, and the beds were very comfy. The location was beyond convenient to everything from the beach to food to stores. We got stuck in the tropical storm that hit the coast and had to end our trip early and the host was so helpful and accommodating. The host Danielle was very responsive with any questions. Very accommodating and let us know we were able to check in early. Which was very helpful to us. What we loved most about the house was the great fenced in backyard. It was perfect for our dogs to run and play and give them a safe environment. They even provided dog toys and balls for the pets to play. Inside the home, lots of amenities. They have everything you need in the kitchen to cook meals and serve. They provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, popcorn, ziplock bags, lots of towels. There is a TV in every room so in the evenings everyone can watch whatever they want. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe, quiet, and great location. HEB grocery was just a block away. ##### Tracy M. There were so many amenities that my family was able to enjoy, not only was there a great amount of room for everyone, the home also had fun beach supplies for all ages. My German Shepherd loved the house, the kennel was a little tight but she's a big girl around 75lbs but she slept comfortably. The house also comes with cookware, we used the pans for quick breakfasts before our beach runs. The neighborhood was so quiet and the neighbors were almost non existent. HEB and Walmart are very close as well for any last minute things you might need. The beach nearby does not allow pups but if you're not planning on taking your furry friend it's beautiful. We traveled into Port A which is what were anticipating doing anyway as my family loves the ferry and it's only a short 30 minute drive. This location has a lot to offer if you're planning a birthday party with the ample space in the backyard and the amazing covered detached patio. There's also an outdoor shower with hot water! Which was a really nice surprise so everyone didn't have to wait for the actual shower inside. There was also shampoo and conditioner available to use which my family loved the smell of. Overall, we loved staying here and will definitely book another trip here for the convenience and beauty of the home. ##### Ashley A.
