BUT my only complaint is the COMMUNICATION, it was terrible. We drove 8 hours and when we got there at check in time, they said the room hasn’t been clean yet and that we were not even on the books, even tho I have all confirmed bookings and they even took my 3,000, it was a mess, after calling the VRBO management team and dealing with the front desk trying to see what went wrong. VRBO never let them know that we booked the place. Not to mention the lady at the front desk was very rude, as I was just asking her what needs to be done. It was well-equipped for our weeklong stay. One of the two elevators was out of order and the working one was dirty and had burned out bulbs and missing ceiling covers, but otherwise the property was lovely. ##### Claudia D. I gave it 4 stars on cleanliness because it wasn't quite perfect, but nothing to complain about. We have our own VRBO and my wife keeps it absolutely spotless, so it's hard to compare it to perfection. Overall this place is fantastic. It's right on the beach, the location is perfect, and they provide just about every amenity you could ask for. I'm sure we'll be back. ##### Doug T.
