Heated Pool! Introducing Coastal Nest BH207! This 3rd floor condo, with no elevator access, offers an open-concept living area provides enough space for your family to sit & relax together. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook your catch of the day. The primary bedroom has a Queen size bed and the second bedroom has two full size beds. Both bedrooms have their own bath. Oh! Did we mention the sunrises are amazing! The complex amenities include a heated swimming pool, community charcoal grills, community game room, a playground, and a private boardwalk to the beach. All units have private balconies to enjoy gulf views and breezes. Pets are not permitted in this unit and smoking is allowed outside only. Per HOA: Before traveling to Port Aransas/Beachhead Condos, please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below. Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience: Beachhead Condos allows parking for 2 vehicles maximum. Golf carts do count as vehicles. The view of the ocean was worth it to us.The location is just a few miles from the restaurants/bars.Thats always a plus for us. We had a car rental and did rent a golfcart for a few days.We liked being able to drive on the beach. The condo had a beautiful view. My husband and I made good use of the deck looking out at this view drinking our morning coffee and pre-bed cocktails. The boardwalk was a bit of a walk so bring a wagon to lug all your beach toys down to the water. The pool was a great way to end our beach days. A great place for a family with children. A park with playground equipment is available for children. The heated pool is a bonus. I would rent this home again. ##### Rachel H. The short walk to the beach, the heated pool and game room really made this location perfect for us! Grounds were well maintained. Our kids 15 down to 9 had a blast! We would suggest much more clear instructions to find the laundry room. It took us 2 days to find it even after calling twice. Luckily a local resident showed me. It is located directly beside the swimming pool on the same level as the pool. Not near the garages nor in a separate building either. We never found the volleyball court.
