If you walk just a few steps through the mudroom area and out the back door, you’ll be on Lake Colby, the scenic community waters stocked with fish so you can cast a line from the charming fishing pier.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Whitewashed pine floors usher you up the stairs to a kid-friendly, open bunk area that accommodates four. You’ll find a flat-screen TV and full-size sleeper sofa in the adjacent sitting area, perfect for an extra gathering and sleeping space. The bright-and-sunny primary bedroom features a king-size bed with weathered wood-finished frame, and it opens to the balcony porch. Plus, you’ll enjoy a beautiful, glassed-in, walk-in shower with spectacular blue-and-white tile work. Another beach-inspired primary bedroom offers a king-size bed with a private bathroom. And the third bedroom opens to the balcony and also has a king-size bed. It shared a bathroom just outside the door with the bunk area.

Amazing Grace is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Amazing Grace the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
