GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes: \- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions. \- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. \- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. The pool area has a charcoal grill and a fenced in play area with turf for the little ones! As well as the apartment has as gates in breezeway with a little table for the little ones. The location is convenient to the beach, the neighborhood is quiet, and the property is a comfortable “home away from home”. ##### Juanita C. Our family of five (all adults) did not feel crowded at all. VERY clean (and I’m picky!) with easy check in/access. Beds were comfy. I would recommend bringing extra paper towels and trash bags as there are no extras provided. And, no cleaning supplies were provided so had to wipe down counters with dish soap. You definitely have to drive to the beach but less than 5 minutes to closest beach access. Nice private porch with outdoor shower. Would definitely stay here again. ##### cathy s. We were a family of 9 and at bot time did we feel like we were on top of eachother. We had parking by the entrance which made easy for unloading and reloading when ever we need too. The pool was one apt down but even on the patio we didn't hear it. The kids loved their space and I would rent again. We were mins from the downtown, beach and walking distance if we needed to get a quick snack. ##### Ginger K.
