That wasn’t a surprise to me because it looked like that in the pics and I was ok with it. It was cleaned very well but it was hard to see past all the rusted fixtures, vents and hinges. The dryer didn’t work, just produced a burning smell. The living room furniture is very old and broken down and desperately needs to be replaced. The condo addition itself needs some exterior work like a good paint job but the pool was fabulous. I would stay at this condo addition again but not this unit, unless they replace the living room furniture and the kitchen faucet, which was difficult to move from one sink to the other. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrival went well. Good response whenever I had a question. Requests handled by text. Excellent management. When the pool went down, notification was made my text so we didn’t have to go there to see that it was closed. It was close to the beach and it the perfect size for our family!
