This one-bedroom ground floor condo is nestled within the tropical landscape and offers all of the amenities of home. The open living room is made up of a couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa, a rocker/ recliner and a large TV. The full kitchen is equipped with all things needed to prepare a meal with Corian countertops, crisp white cabinets, open shelving, stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Sit down for meals at the dining table with seating for four and two additional stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, nightstands, dresser for your beach attire, closet and wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity, tiled shower unit and a stackable washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Take in the ocean breeze while sitting out on the covered patio with your morning coffee or cold beverage. This complex offers a new golf cart-accessible boardwalk to the beach. After a day of fun at the beach, cool off in the shared pool or grill up snacks and dinner on the shared grills. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife and fishing charters. We immediately fell in love with the condo! Everything was extremely clean, nicely decorated, it was bright and it smelled good! The beach Access is right there, and there are good opportunities to walk your dog around the property! It was the perfect location to reach all Port Aransas attractions quickly and easily!All instructions were simple and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will definitely book this condo again! The newly renovated kitchen was delightful. Just the perfect space for my family of three (two parents and one 12-year-old kiddo). Upon the first five minutes of being here, our one year old daughter found a button battery on the floor in the living room. It was obviously scary and upsetting for us but we are SO glad we found it in her mouth before she swallowed it. There was also black dog hair EVERYWHERE on the ground. I swept the floor twice and had tons of it. We couldn’t get the bedroom tv to work during our stay, we checked the remote battery only to find the batteries completely corroded. It’s a very nice property and we loved the location, just more attention to detail and cleaning more (especially the floor/rug) and this stay would have been perfect. ##### Ross H.
