Are you looking for the perfect home away from home for your next escapade with family and friends? Then, look no further than this splendid, snowbird-friendly home within five miles of Rockport's hot spots! Rockport promises a Gulf getaway with something for everyone, from sun-soaked beach days to mansion tours. The Texas Maritime Museum and the Fulton Mansion are within six and eight miles of your door, respectively. Arrive at Beautiful Rockport Beach in an easy drive. Birdwatchers will want to take their binoculars to the Connie Hagar Cottage Sanctuary within four miles. You can drive a short distance to cast a line from the Fulton Fishing Pier. The shared pool, which conveniently has bathrooms, is a short walk from home, as is a dog park and boat-washing station. Rockport's eclectic culinary scene is within easy driving distance.  
  
The covered patio underneath the home provides a great spot to dine alfresco and host summertime cookouts with the gas grill. Another great spot is the covered deck, where you can unwind and revel in refreshing sea breezes. As you enter, you will be welcomed by a splendid, air-conditioned floor plan with a well-appointed kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker, a living area with comfy furnishings, and a nice dining area. Additional perks include streaming and cable services for endless entertainment, an on-site washer/dryer, and board games.
