This beautifully designed custom beach home sits on Lake Colby with fantastic views inside and out. Lounge on the balcony and enjoy the Gulf breeze and a cool drink before heading to the restaurants and shops located at Town Center just around the corner. AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. The first floor has a king bedroom with private bath, a king bedroom with a shared bath and unique built in bunk bed along with a sleeper sofa. The first floor lounge has a bar area and shuffleboard bowling for guests of all ages to kick back and have fun or just hang out and watch a movie. Ascend to the main living area on the second floor and enjoy the tastefully decorated space that is perfect for entertaining from the fully stocked kitchen to the dining area that overlooks the Cinnamon Shore community. The main living room is comfortably appointed for families to unwind from the fun in the sun. With a primary king suite behind the kitchen this home will fit the whole family and a few friends! \*\*Home does have a propane fire pit in the back yard. Guests are responsible for $45 propane bottle that can be provided by the Cinnamon Shore Rentals office.\*\* \*\*NOT PET FRIENDLY\*\* Bed Type: King, King, King, 1 Bunk, Sleeper Sofa STRR#180465 \*\*\*NO PETS ALLOWED\*\*\* IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED. Sips Ahoy is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Sips Ahoy the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is exactly as advertised though rooms appear a bit larger on the photos. Wonderful rental.Only two complaints. Both I think “penny wise and dollar foolish”.However, would probably pick another home next year. This is our 3rd stay at CS.TV could only get “ free channels”. Not a big deal unless there are teens and preteens in the party. We would have been willing to pay for upgrades.The soaps, shampoo and limited towels were consistent with those in “Holiday InnLike facilities”. Again not a big deal but surprising again in this luxury resort home.As in previous stays, the staff, carts and beach setups were perfect. As long as our family stays in Corpus we anticipate lodging with CS but probably not Sips Ahoy.We had a great time! ##### Richard D. This house was well appointed with everything we needed and the most beautiful decor! We had plenty of room for two families. The location of the house could not have been better-a view of two lakes, Kiera's pool, the great lawn and a short golf card ride to the beach. It was just AMAZING. This is one of the BEST houses in Cinnamon Shore-you will not be disappointed if you stay here and we will be back! ##### Jessica D.
