If a pet is seen entering Salt Life the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. The first floor main area of the home is great for a large group to spread out. The view of the lake behind the house is lovely. The bedrooms upstairs are also nice. The only downside of the sleeping area is their is no privacy for bunk area and it must share a bathroom with a bedroom situated right amongst the bunks. The 2 additional bedrooms were comfy as well! The bunk room was super cute. This home would be perfect for a multi-family get away with several kiddos. We loved that it was on the little lake (I honestly think I would Prefer this to a beach front property). The beach was a super-short golf-cart ride away. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, we made all of our meals at the home and there are plenty of cooking items: pots, pans, skillets, anything you could want! The house was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything you could need. Our beach days were wonderful and our days at the house were lovely. I would love to stay here again and would also recommend this property to others. The only thing I would suggest changing is the checkout time. 10:30 am is super early and you lose almost a whole day at the beach. We had to be up so early just to make sure we were cleaned up and out on time. It was kind of inconvenient. For this type of rental and the price we paid, I would have appreciated a 2pm checkout so we could have enjoyed the morning and then left in the afternoon. We could not smell the smoke as we arrived but when we returned home, our suitcases smelled like smoke, as did all of the clothes inside. The other rooms seemed to be ok, but the master definitely has a smoker. We have enjoyed CS for years and the set up is perfect for family and friends.
